Privacy notice
Your information, kept simple.
This notice explains how SpaceHub uses information submitted through the priority reservation website for the proposed Ipswich, Claydon and Great Blakenham launch area.
Who we are
SpaceHub is the name used for the proposed self-storage launch serving Ipswich, Claydon and Great Blakenham, Suffolk. SpaceHub is responsible for the personal information collected through this pre-opening reservation service. For privacy enquiries, email privacy@spacehubstorage.co.uk.
What we collect
We collect the information you enter in the form, including your name, email address, telephone number, postcode if supplied, preferred storage option, estimated move-in timing, intended use and any notes. We also record basic campaign-source information contained in the page address, such as UTM tags and the referring page.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, plan the mix and quantity of storage units, keep you updated about the proposed opening and contact you when availability, pricing and final terms can be confirmed. Our basis for handling reservation enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who have asked about SpaceHub and planning the launch. We use separate optional consent for promotional email or text messages.
Marketing choices
Marketing is optional and the marketing box is not pre-selected. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option in a message.
Who receives the information
Information may be handled by the website host, form provider, email or customer-management system and professional advisers supporting the launch. These providers must only use it to deliver services to SpaceHub. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Pre-opening enquiry information will normally be reviewed and deleted no later than 24 months after submission, unless you become a customer, ask us to keep in touch or a legal requirement means it must be retained for longer.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, depending on the circumstances. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact privacy@spacehubstorage.co.uk first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Cookies and analytics
This launch version does not use non-essential cookies or third-party analytics. If analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential technologies are added later, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated first.
