Wi‑Fi fair usage policy.

1. Purpose

Wi‑Fi is proposed as a convenience feature for powered storage units. It is intended to support normal storage-related and light business-related activity such as checking stock, processing orders, printing labels via customer equipment and routine communications.

Storage first. Wi‑Fi is provided to support a better customer experience. It does not change the fundamental storage use of the unit.

2. Access and login

The current proposal is that each powered unit will receive managed Wi‑Fi access using individual customer credentials tied to the container number or customer account. SpaceHub may monitor account creation, session data and usage volumes for operational, security and billing purposes.

3. Fair use

Normal web browsing, order management, messaging, label printing and light business administration are expected uses. Wi‑Fi must not be used for activities that place unusual or continuous demand on the network, including without limitation:

• persistent video streaming or broadcasting
• running servers, public hotspots or peer-to-peer services
• illegal downloading, infringement or unlawful content distribution
• network abuse, security testing or attempts to access other users' data
• other excessive or non-storage-related use identified by SpaceHub

4. Bandwidth, limits and packages

Final bandwidth, package options, allowances, throttling arrangements and any enhanced paid options remain subject to final network design and commercial review. SpaceHub may introduce different packages or usage limits where required to maintain service quality for all users.

5. Availability and service standard

Wi‑Fi availability will depend on installation, signal coverage, equipment performance, supplier uptime and environmental factors. SpaceHub does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity and will not be liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, outages or speed variation.

6. Security and customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the security of their own devices, accounts, software, websites and data. Sensitive business systems should use appropriate passwords, device security and, where appropriate, additional protections such as VPN services and multi-factor authentication.

7. Review and change

This initial Wi‑Fi policy may be updated before or after launch to reflect the final infrastructure, supplier arrangements, service capacity and customer demand. SpaceHub will publish the current version on its website.
